Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds available, and the beach was lovely and private. The entertainment was enjoyable and added a fun atmosphere to our weekend away. The hotel's bar offered a selection of drinks that were enjoyable and affordable.
The hotel was much further from the location we expected, resulting in a longer than anticipated travel time. The staff was not as helpful or friendly as we had hoped and we experienced difficulty with some of their policies.

No Wlan in the rooms, just in the lobby. In the evening, it's so bad that it's almost impossible to use.

Within a walking distance of the Restaurant Panorama. Just a 10-minute stroll from Aquapark Flipper, which was a big plus.

The location of the hotel is perfect for beach lovers as it is just a few steps away from the beach and close to some shops. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the service is excellent with friendly staff who are always willing to help. the breakfast is varied and tasty with plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy various facilities including pools, a children's play area, and a fitness center.
Some guests have complained about the quality of the food and the lack of variety in the buffet.

Catering staff (Sami & restaurant manager) especially accommodating and diligent. Animation team fantastic (Jamel & Mounir just to name a few), however the hotel could certainly do with employing some professional acts in the evenings. Once the storms set in, guests really needed entertaining and the tired animation team had run out of ideas. Reception staff very very busy but efficient (Souhir & Omar) - a little more warmth would have helped.
Elevator out of order many times during stay. Wanted to keep room on day of departure and asked would they do it free of charge due to inconvenience caused because of elevator (room on 3rd floor and my mother was staying with us. She has bad legs). They said they could not do this. No point in asking to be moved as bottom floor totally flooded due to storms. A simple request could have made so much difference as I had to personally escort my mother to her room as there were no lights on stairs due to floods. Not safe at all, especially if there had been a fire and they had to evacuate our floor.

The hotel had great facilities including a clean swimming pool and a well-maintained spa. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the spa staff who provided professional and unique services. The location was ideal as it was situated in the Nord side near some shops and bazar shop. Additionally, the hotel had various activities for guests to get involved in.
Nothing could have been better.

Zero near to the seaside. you dont need to walk for the beach. Variety of tourists from different countries
It was full inclusive but even the waiters are not serving alcoholic drinks with more alcohol according to your request. They say they can serve only in a given dozage which is nothing. Like a fruitjuice. I felt the cost cutting aim in services they offered. There are ques at the drink bars. I dont like it. Minibar is extra charge per night. Location is half an hour outside the city center. I paid 160 € per night for 2 person for the all inclusive . but, after my stay I understood that there was a lot 40-50€/night hotels not inclusive could be nearly the same. At lunch and dinner times, the foods are depleted in 30 minutes. We waited, waited, waited for the new ones to be served. Finally, I will not stay in this hotel again. Disco is rubbish. Like a home theathre sound system in our houses.

The hotel had everything I needed to relax and have fun. The pools were great, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly.
Just a small inconvenience, the dessert options were non-existent. But who needs desserts when there are so many other things to enjoy?

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The location was great, with shops and entertainment options nearby. I especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which had a variety of relaxing treatments. my experience here was top-notch.

The hotel was great value for money. the food, although not perfect, had a lot of variety and there was always something to choose from. the pool area was clean and spacious with plenty of sunbeds to go around. the beach was just a short walk away, and the sea was nice and warm. the hotel also had water sports to try out which was really fun.
The room was a bit dated, but it was clean and had everything we needed. the bar staff were hit and miss, some were really friendly and others didn't seem interested in serving us.
